Ercan Karasu

Ercan Karasu is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the HR Branch Head (CHRO) at NATO since March 2017, overseeing various HR processes including recruitment and performance management. Previously, Ercan held the position of Human Resources Manager at NOKSEL Çelik Boru San. A.Ş., where responsibilities included the establishment of HR processes. Ercan's expertise extends to management roles in multiple organizations, including STM and ASOMAR Software, and includes a background in software engineering with positions at Roketsan Missiles Inc. and Philips Design. Ercan also authored an e-book on human resources titled "İşin içinde İş Var." Ercan holds an E-MBA in Business Administration and two degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hacettepe University.
