Javier B.

Javier B. is a seasoned HR professional and administrative specialist with extensive experience in military and defense environments. Currently serving as Senior Assistant HR Chief Staff at Ejercito de Tierra since August 2022, Javier has also held significant roles at NATO, including Property & Warehouse Staff Assistant and Knowledge INTEL data management SA. Prior experience includes positions with the Spanish Army as General Secretary of the Spain Defence Staff (EMACON) and Administrative Assistant in the Emergency Military Unit. Javier's educational background includes a Certificado in Psicologia from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, NBC Specialist Defense training from NBC Military School, and an Advanced Technician degree in Public Administration from the Spain Army School.
