Joel Meeks is currently the CIO Enterprise Services Chief at NATO Special Operation HQ and has extensive experience in the military industry, notably as a Soldier in the US Army since 1997. Previously, Joel served in various network management roles, including as a Senior Division Network Management Technician with the 10th Mountain Division and as a Network Management Technician with the Mission Command Training Program. Joel's strong background in network management, military operations, and information security is supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Management from Excelsior University, which is set for completion in 2024.
