Paul Flos

Paul Flos is currently the Program Director for International Naval Materiel Cooperation at the Ministry of Defence, focusing on enhancing international collaboration in naval materiel, with an emphasis on Europe and Northern countries. They previously held roles including Director of Maritime Systems at Defensie Materieel Organisatie and Head of Naval Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul at Koninklijke Marine. With experience as a Defense Attaché at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Damascus and a background in project engineering with NATO, Paul brings extensive expertise in naval engineering and international defense cooperation. Paul holds several degrees, including a Marine Engineering degree from Technische Universiteit Delft and an EMSD from the Defense Academy.
