Peter Mientus

Peter Mientus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military leadership and public affairs. They have served as a Staff Officer in the Bundeswehr since 1998 and are currently the SO CBRN Defence at NATO HQ IMS. Their previous roles include Chief MEL/MIL at the NATO Joint Warfare Centre Stavanger and Special Assistant to the Director General Security and Defence Policy at the Bundesministerium der Verteidigung. Peter also has experience as a lecturer at the Military Academy of the German Armed Forces and as a media analyst at NATO HQ FC HEIDELBERG. They hold a Diplom-Kaufmann in Economics from Universität der Bundeswehr München and completed advanced officer training at the Führungsakademie der Bundeswehr.
