Rachel L. Goretsky

Rachel L. Goretsky is a skilled professional with experience in international security and diplomatic studies. Currently serving as a Staff Officer at NATO since September 2022, Rachel previously held roles as Editor-in-Chief at Fletcher Security Review and Research Assistant at the Center for Strategic Studies, where research focused on demography, conflict, and U.S. military intervention. Additional experience includes teaching assistance at The Fletcher School, an internship at the U.S. Department of State, and various roles in academia and political campaigns. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Global Studies from the University of Virginia.
