Ross Mckenzie is currently the UAS Portfolio Lead at NATO Defence Industry Innovation & Armament Division, where they develop and deliver UAS policy and capability development for NATO allies. With a background as a former Royal Air Force Wing Commander and extensive experience in multinational air operations, Ross has accumulated over 3,000 hours of flying time. They served as a Principal Advisor to the UK Ministry of Defence for European Airspace Policy and have held various leadership roles within NATO and the RAF, demonstrating a strong focus on collaboration and customer support throughout their career. Ross is a graduate of the University of Manchester - Institute of Science and Technology.
