Sofie Kauffmann

Sofie Kauffmann is currently a Staff Officer - G5/MNDN at NATO and a Client Director at Newsec, with a career that includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Monstarlab and Ramskov Consulting Group. Sofie previously served as a Senior P&O Business Partner and Strategy Execution Lead at Novo Nordisk, and held multiple positions at ISS A/S, including People and Culture Coordinator. They also have a military background as a Linguistic Officer in the Danish Armed Forces, with experience as a Team Leader and Cultural Advisor during ISAF 13. Sofie holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, as well as linguistic qualifications from the Defense Language Institute and Forsvarsakademiet.
