Stephen Banks

Stephen Banks, MBA, is a Global Strategy and Operations Leader currently serving as an Associate Member of the NATO Modelling and Simulation Group and the Chair of the NATO Learning Technology Interoperability Group. They have previously held significant leadership roles, including Chair of the U.S. Joint Training Synthetic Environment Working Group and Chief of Operations at the Joint Multinational Simulation Center. With a background in military transformation and a strong focus on innovation in education and training, they have led multimillion-dollar modernization efforts while managing complex multinational exercises. Stephen holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, an MBA with a focus on Corporate Finance and Operations, and a master's degree in National Security Policy Studies.
