Steve Derden

Steve Derden has extensive experience in protocol and events management, currently serving as the Head of Protocol & Events at NATO since September 2011. Previously, Steve worked with the Belgian Federal Police from June 2002 to September 2011, holding positions as a Close Protection Officer and Inspector. Educationally, Steve attended Koninklijke School voor Onderofficier Zedelgem and Zusters van Voorzienigheid Diest, earning a high school diploma in Mathematics and Sciences, and also graduated from Instituut Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van de Rozenkrans Lubbeek with a high school diploma in Mathematics.
