Steven Hendricks

Steven Hendricks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in intelligence and training within NATO, currently serving as a Senior Learning Solutions Expert at the NCI Academy since January 2016. Hendricks has held multiple roles at NATO, including Training Program Manager for Intelligence/JISR Systems and JISR and Training Expert at the NATO AGS Management Agency. Prior to this, Hendricks was employed at the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe from 2012 to 2015 as JISR Collections Manager and Section Chief. A former U.S. Navy Commander, Hendricks boasts a significant background in Naval Intelligence with assignments across various departments, including the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Office of Naval Intelligence. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California and the University of Oklahoma, respectively, along with advanced studies in Strategic Intelligence and a certification in Instructional Design and eLearning from UC Irvine.
