Todd L Sharp

Todd L Sharp is a dynamic senior leader with over 30 years of experience in military and multinational organizations. They have served as a Capability Coordinator and Advisor, most recently in NATO as a Policy and Capability Officer for Air and Missile Defence, where they provided policy expertise and coordinated support to Ukraine during the crisis in 2022. Sharp previously held positions with the Royal Canadian Air Force and the Canadian Armed Forces, managing substantial aviation and crisis operations while advising on policy to senior military and government officials. They hold a Master of Arts in Defence Studies from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from the Royal Military College of Canada.
