Tom Mantelet

Tom Mantelet currently serves as a Defence Capacity Building Officer at NATO since March 2023, following a role as a Cooperative Security Intern. Prior to NATO, Tom Mantelet worked as a Researcher at Finabel - European Army Interoperability Centre from September 2022 to March 2023 and as Project Manager at the Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center from March 2022 to September 2022. Additionally, Tom Mantelet had experience as a Student Consultant at Amnesty International from February to September 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Security & Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University and a Master's degree in Crisis & Security Management as well as a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies, both from Leiden University. Tom Mantelet also holds a Baccalauréat from Lycée Français Jean Monnet in Brussels.
