Xavier M.

Xavier M. currently serves as the Executive Officer to COM AIRCOM at NATO since August 2022, providing strategic advice to the highest military authorities and aiding in high-pressure decision-making. Prior to this role, Xavier M. held multiple positions within NATO and the French Armed Forces, including Head of Office in the HR department at Ministère des Armées and Deputy Head of the NATO office at the General Staff Headquarters.
