Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master at Natrx

Richard Lambert has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Richard began their career as a Development Manager/Project Manager at First Nonprofit Insurance Company, where they architected the company's first automated policy administration system and implemented the workers' comp business line within the system. From 2012 to 2018, Richard worked as a Project Manager at Sedgwick CMS. During this time, they collaborated with office managers to customize thousands of individual templates based on state and client requirements. In 2018, they took on the role of Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master at Natrx and Hot Pixel Creative. Finally, in 2019, Richard became the COO of 13 Flags Corporations.

Richard Lambert has a Master of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of California, Davis. Richard also holds certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt from Wake Technical Community College (obtained in October 2015), Certified Scrum Product Owner from Rally (obtained in January 2014), PMP from Project Management Institute (obtained in August 2011), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
