Franck H.

Franck H. possesses extensive experience in the agricultural and public service sectors. Since May 2000, Franck H. has held dual positions as Cadre at NATUP and Cap Seine, where responsibilities include serving as the deputy head of the Investments, Maintenance, and Risk Prevention Service. Prior to this, Franck H. served as a reserve officer in the Gendarmerie Nationale within the Ministère de l'Intérieur from January 2000 to 2018, and worked as a Communication and Information Technician at IFA MARCEL SAUVAGE for a brief period in 2000. From November 1997 to December 1999, Franck H. was a member of the Gendarmerie Nationale in a military capacity for the Ministère de la Défense.
