Felipe Stuff

Felipe Stuff currently serves as the CTO and COO of Natura & Co Pay Latam since October 2021 and is also a member of the Board of Advisors at Bluma since January 2024. Previous experience includes roles as CIO at Banco Sofisa S/A, IT Executive Superintendent, and IT Senior Manager at Cielo, where responsibility encompassed digital payment products and digital transformation initiatives. Felipe has held various leadership roles at Alelo Brasil, Accenture, CPM Braxis, and IBM, focusing on IT management, project coordination, and systems development. With a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Felipe has extensive expertise in IT strategy, Agile transformation, and team leadership in diverse sectors.
