Allison Lang

Allison Lang is currently the Vice President of Nature Communications and Communications Series Portfolio and serves as a Director and Co-Chair of the SDG SIG for the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP). With extensive leadership experience, they previously held roles such as Publisher and Publishing Director at BMJ, and Publishing Manager at Nature Publishing Group. Allison has also served as Education Manager/Managing Editor at the British Society for Immunology, and as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Bristol. They hold a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Currently, they are a Co-opted Trustee for the Microbiology Society.
