John Plummer

John Plummer is an experienced professional in the field of materials science and publishing, currently serving as Chief Editor for Communications Materials at Nature Research since January 2013. With a strong background in editorial leadership, Plummer has held several key positions, including Senior Portfolio Editor and Senior Managing Editor for Nature Partner Journals, where responsibilities spanned the editorial direction of a diverse range of journals and involved the development of new initiatives in the physical sciences.
