Máté Mackei

Máté Mackei is an assistant professor at the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest, where they previously served as a research fellow and completed a PhD, graduating summa cum laude. Máté has a strong background in conducting in vitro and in vivo studies, particularly focusing on immunological and redox parameters. Additionally, they hold the position of Editorial Board Member for Scientific Reports at Nature Portfolio and have experience as a visiting scholar at the University of Hohenheim. Máté completed their veterinary medicine degree at the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest and undertook an internship at the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover.
