Ming Tan

Ming Tan possesses extensive experience in the field of cancer biology, currently serving on the editorial boards of "Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy" and "Scientific Reports" since 2016. Ming holds the position of Professor of Cancer Biology at China Medical University since 2020. Previous roles include significant appointments at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, first as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Instructor (2000-2006) and later as an Assistant Professor. From 2007 to 2019, Ming was associated with the Mitchell Cancer Institute at The University of South Alabama College of Medicine, where responsibilities included tenured Assistant/Associate Professor and Director of Cancer Biology Graduate Studies. Educational credentials include a PhD in Cancer Biology from The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center UTHealth Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and an MD in Medicine from Sichuan University.
