Mark Anthony Ramirez has a diverse work experience in customer success and management. Mark Anthony most recently worked as the Director of Customer Success at NatureBox since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Manager of Customer Experience at NatureBox from January 2015 to November 2021.

Lastly, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from STI College. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained a certification as an Open Water Diver from PADI in January 2016.
