Caroline Bélair currently serves as the Chief Legal Counsel at the Nature Conservancy of Canada and has extensive experience in legal and conservation fields. Previously, they held roles as a litigation lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright and a policy advisor to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada. Caroline has also worked as a sessional lecturer at McGill University's Faculty of Law and managed projects at both the Nature Trust of New Brunswick and the Nature Conservancy of Canada. They have contributed to various organizations, including serving as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada and as a program assistant for the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity.
