Earlier in her career, Erica Thompson held the position of Volunteer & Communications Manager at Gowgaia Institute and worked as a Writer-Researcher. Erica Thompson holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Geography from Queen's University, which was completed in 1994.
