Erica Thompson

Erica Thompson has extensive experience in conservation and natural resource management, currently serving as the Natural Area Manager for the Nature Conservancy of Canada, focusing on area-based conservation and land stewardship in Central Ontario since February 2002. Previous roles include Senior National Director of National Conservation Engagement & Development and Georgian Bay Huronia Program Manager. Earlier in her career, Erica Thompson held the position of Volunteer & Communications Manager at Gowgaia Institute and worked as a Writer-Researcher. Erica Thompson holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Geography from Queen's University, which was completed in 1994.
