Jayme Mast

Jayme Mast has extensive experience in finance and management, beginning with a role as a Financial Analyst at Armtec from 2011 to 2012, where responsibilities included the preparation of financial reports across multiple currencies. At Bell Technical Solutions from 2012 to 2014, Jayme continued as a Financial Analyst, focusing on monthly financial reporting and variance analysis. Since 2014, Jayme has served as Director of Finance and Administration at Mast Works, managing financial operations for a family-owned construction business. From August 2016 to May 2024, Jayme held various roles at Bell, culminating as Senior Program Manager, responsible for program financial management. Most recently, Jayme took on the role of Director, Finance Operations at the Nature Conservancy of Canada, overseeing finance operations and supporting regional finance functions. Jayme holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph, earned between 2006 and 2011.
