Lauren Kouba

Lauren Kouba, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, business process mapping, and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Projects and Innovation for the Nature Conservancy of Canada, Lauren is focused on advancing nature and climate initiatives. Previously, Lauren held the position of President at PIVOTAL Integrated HR Solutions from 2016 to 2023, overseeing payroll services. Additional roles include Director of Clinic Services at Springboard Clinic and Senior Consultant at IMS Health. Lauren holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University, as well as certificates in Indigenous Canada and resource co-management from the University of Alberta and The University of British Columbia, respectively.
