Shira Mulloy

Shira Mulloy is an accomplished conservation professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Conservation for the Nature Conservancy of Canada, overseeing significant land securement and stewardship budgets. With a strong background in sustainability and environmental management, Shira co-founded the Urban Pollinator Project, advocating for urban pollinator habitats. Previous experience includes leadership roles at BC Hydro, where responsibilities spanned safety management systems, environmental auditing, and sustainability strategy development. Shira also founded Mulloy Consulting Inc., focusing on innovative oil sands project management, and served as Stewardship Manager at the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers, negotiating agreements with Indigenous and forestry stakeholders. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Environmental Science from Queen's University.
