Lance Eckstein is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen and supervisory roles throughout the hospitality industry. Starting as a Line Cook at Kelsey's Atlantic City from June 2021 to May 2023, Lance honed skills in high-volume food production and teamwork with a diverse workforce. Following this, a position as Banquet Supervisor at Hilton from October 2024 to October 2025 involved ensuring food and beverage service met high standards while overseeing banquet staff. Lance further advanced to the role of Sous Chef at Nature's Vin, focusing on maintaining food quality standards at the woman-owned establishment dedicated to natural wines. Additional experience includes working as a Restaurant Supervisor at Olympia Hospitality's Board Table Tavern and as a Restaurant/Banquet Cook at Eastlyn Golf Course, where further culinary development occurred.
