Michael Erdmann has extensive work experience in business system analysis and project management. Michael began their career at The Manitowoc Company in 1988, where they worked as a Senior Programmer and later as a Systems Analyst and Programmer/Analyst. Michael then transitioned to a role as a Programmer II at Paper Converting Machine Company in 1992, where they were responsible for replacing a manual purchasing management system. From 1995 to 1999, they worked as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at Wausau Paper, focusing on a Vendor Managed Inventory project.
In 1999, Erdmann returned to The Manitowoc Company and assumed various roles, including Senior Systems Analyst, ERP Project Team Member, and Senior Business Systems Analyst. In these positions, they were responsible for gathering requirements, evaluating solutions, and making recommendations. Michael played a key role in projects such as crawler crane assembly at an off-site facility and the design and implementation of sales processes for the SAP ERP system in Portugal. From 2011 to 2016, Erdmann served as the Lead Business Systems Analyst, where they built and managed a SAP support team for Americas' regions and later led the global SAP team for sales and after-sales.
Since 2017, Erdmann has been working at Nature's Way - Schwabe North America, initially starting as a Business System Analyst and subsequently transitioning to the role of Senior Business System Analyst. Michael continues to contribute to the organization's success by providing expertise in business systems analysis.
Michael Erdmann has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Lakeland University, which they obtained between 1984 and 1986. Prior to that, from 1981 to 1983, they completed an Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Data Processing from Fox Valley Technical College.
