Patrick Brouillard

Patrick Brouillard has a diverse work experience history. Patrick started their career as a Fabricator at Industrial Solutions Unlimited in 2013, where they completed the fabrication of conveyor belts and earned recognition for reducing delivery time. In 2014, they joined Converters Grinding and Services as a Machine Operator, where they set up, programmed, and operated machinery. Patrick also took on additional responsibilities such as parts delivery and gained a deeper understanding of small business operations.

In 2017, Patrick interned at Saputo Inc. as part of the Supervisory Management program. During this time, they learned about the cheese making process and worked with plant management to maximize productivity and ensure product quality.

Patrick continued their journey with Saputo Inc. and took on various roles within the company. Patrick began as a Supervisor Trainee, where they increased their knowledge of the cheese making process and helped on the packaging end of the business at a new plant. Patrick then became a Production Supervisor, overseeing 90 employees and striving to lead them in producing safe and high-quality products. Finally, they served as a Production Manager, where they focused on the day-to-day operations at a cheese packaging manufacturing facility.

In 2022, Patrick joined Nature's Way as a Packaging Operations Manager. In this role, they collaborate with leaders to promote individual and team growth, while prioritizing safety and quality proactivity and driving production efficiency.

Patrick Brouillard has a diverse education background. Patrick started their education at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2014, where they studied General Studies.
