Patrick McIntyre is a seasoned ecologist with extensive experience in biodiversity conservation and ecological research. Currently serving as a Senior Ecologist at NatureServe since 2014, Patrick coordinates with over 80 member programs across North America to enhance biodiversity efforts. Previously, as Lead Scientist for the California Natural Diversity Database, responsibilities included overseeing data collection on the state's imperiled species. Additional experience includes postdoctoral research at UC Berkeley focused on forest ecology and working with various stakeholders in conservation biology at San Diego State University. With a solid educational background, including a PhD in Ecology from the University of California, Davis, and a MS in Ecology from Northern Arizona University, Patrick's expertise spans multiple facets of ecology and conservation.
