Lynette Hoffler

Lynette Hoffler is an experienced HR and payroll professional with a strong background in managing payroll operations across various organizations. Currently serving as HR and Payroll Manager at Knickerbocker Country Club since March 2023, Lynette previously held the role of Payroll Specialist at Naturex since February 2021, processing payroll for 300 employees. Prior to that, Lynette was Payroll Supervisor at Center For Family Services, where payroll was processed for 1,100 employees. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Payroll Manager for Metro US, Payroll Administrator at Standard Chartered Bank, and Payroll Admin positions at C. R. Bard and Priority Pay Payroll. Lynette's career in payroll management began in 1982 at Computer Horizons, overseeing payroll for 5,000 consultants nationwide. Lynette holds an AA in Accounting from Bergen Community College and attended New Jersey Institute of Technology.
