Patsy Rogerson

Patsy Rogerson, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Natus Medical Incorporated since January 2007, Patsy provides strategic HR leadership to the Global R&D team and supports the Newborn Care Leadership Team, overseeing 650 employees across various roles. Previously, Patsy held the position of Human Resources Manager, managing a team and all HR functions for the Newborn Care Business Unit, and as an HR Administrator, overseeing HR operations at the Seattle site. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Administrator at Olympic Medical from February 2003 to January 2007.
