Elia Gadeschi has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of retail design, store planning, project management, and construction. Elia has held various roles in different companies, including Natuzzi as Global Head of Retail Design, Giorgio Armani as Store Planner and Project Manager, and D&sign srl as a Designer Specialist and Project Manager. Elia has also worked as a Windows Display Designer for PINKO, a Retail Store Planner and Project Manager for Michael Kors at CLS architetti, and as a Designer and Project Manager at GTRF Tortelli Frassoni architetti associati. Additionally, they have some experience in architecture photography and staging. Elia's work focuses on creating outstanding store experiences, implementing architectural concepts, managing design projects, and supervising construction and site-specific design.

Elia Gadeschi completed a Master's degree in Customer Experience and New Digital Retail at 24ORE Business School from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, Elia earned a degree in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano from 2001 to 2007. Elia's education started with a scientific high school diploma in Art History from Liceo scientifico Niccolò Copernico, spanning from 1996 to 2001. Elia also holds several certifications, including Speexx English CEFR Level B2.2 from Speexx Germany in 2021, and a TOEFL certificate from The TOEFL test in 2007. Additionally, Elia has completed numerous online courses in areas such as construction management, leadership, marketing foundations, customer experience, and professional networking, among others, from LinkedIn and uni.versus.
