Michele Leone

Michele Leone has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michele began their career in 1994 at Nagest, where they worked in technical maintenance service, specializing in creating maintenance plans and managing software. Michele also received recognition for implementing energy efficiency systems and modifying equipment and machines. In 2002, Michele joined Italsofa Romania as a technical service/engineering manager, responsible for various areas including engineering services, maintenance, facility, and process innovation. Michele also managed information systems and implemented software for maintenance, production management, and purchasing. Michele's next role was at Natuzzi, where they held multiple positions. As an engineering director, they oversaw environmental health and safety at the company's Wall Street-listed subsidiary. Michele also served as a technical service and maintenance manager, managing the maintenance strategies for over 50,000 assets worldwide and implementing the SAP PM system. Lastly, Michele worked as a process technologist, focusing on developing and implementing new technologies in production processes and overseeing the renovation and automation of production sites.
