Conor Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and digital transformation within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Customer Journey Developer at NatWest Group, Conor is focused on enhancing the digital experience for commercial lending customers. Prior to this role, Conor was a Digital Product Owner at Tesco Bank, contributing to customer experience initiatives. Conor's tenure at Commonwealth Bank included roles as a Product Owner for the New Payment Platform, where strategic roadmaps were maintained, and as a Business Analyst working on IT projects that improved customer experiences.
