They have held various roles, including Middleware Team Leader and Technical Consultant at prominent organizations such as RBS and BT, where they architected and managed critical service platforms. Currently, John works as a Solutions Architect at NatWest Group, focusing on innovative integration solutions. They also contributed to educational initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic as a home schooling facilitator. John earned a BA in Dual Honours, Business Studies and Information Management from the University of Sheffield.
