Jonathon Gray

Jonathon Gray is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Regulatory Reporting Climate Manager at NatWest Group since March 2020, while also acting as a Director at JLSN Accountants & Business Advisors, a firm dedicated to supporting small businesses with financial management. Previously, Jonathon held various roles at RBS, including Lead Business Analyst and Finance, Risk, Liquidity and Treasury Alignment Business Analyst, contributing to significant projects such as Retail Banking Transformation. Jonathon possesses a strong foundation in management accounting, having worked in roles across notable financial institutions such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse First Boston, alongside being a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) with a current practising certificate.
