Matthew Differ

Matthew Differ is a Release Train Manager in the Payments Technology space, currently supporting NatWest Group’s strategic high-value and international payments platform. With approximately seven years of experience in project management and technology deployment within the banking sector, Matthew has successfully led various technical changes, including mandatory Open Banking initiatives. Previously, they held several roles at NatWest Group, starting as a Technology Apprentice at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, where they gained foundational skills in project documentation and governance. Matthew obtained an HNC in Computing from Forth Valley College and has a background in Computer Science from Denny High School.
