Michael Constantine

Michael Constantine is currently the Head of Treasury Legal at NatWest Group, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Senior Legal Counsel at Nationwide Building Society from 2015 to 2021, and worked as a Solicitor at both Sidley Austin and Axiom between 2007 and 2015. Michael also held a role as a Regulatory Consultant at the Financial Conduct Authority in 2014 and was an Assistant Vice President at Barclays for a brief period in 2013. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from King's College London and a Master’s Degree with Distinction in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Oxford.
