Rob Hill

Rob Hill is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Finance Project Lead at NatWest Group since February 2011, Rob oversees significant enhancements to the control environment for Prudential Regulatory Reporting. Rob's previous roles at NatWest include Director of Finance, where responsibilities encompassed the leadership of the Central Control team and oversight of the SOX 404 team. Prior to this, Rob held the position of Director of Finance for the Risk & Control lead within the Investment Bank Finance team at RBS. Earlier career highlights include serving as Financial Accountant at Commerzbank AG, Vice President at J.P. Morgan in Derivatives Middle Office, and various accounting roles at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Group Plc and Schroder Securities Ltd. Rob began the professional journey as an Audit Senior at Deloitte after obtaining a Chartered Accountant designation from ICAEW and a BSc in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Warwick.
