Steve Bailey is an experienced Privacy & Regulatory Risk Manager currently with NatWest Group since April 2024. Previously, Steve served as a Data Protection Manager at Evelyn Partners from September 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included coordinating the Group's Data Protection Strategy and supporting the Data Protection Officer. Steve also held similar roles at Tilney Group and Quilter Financial Planning, focusing on data protection strategy implementation and fostering a culture that values privacy. Earlier in the career, Steve was a Group Compliance Manager at Ultimate Finance from August 2006 to July 2018. Steve holds qualifications from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
