Stuart Young

Stuart Young is an experienced Programme Manager with a strong track record in risk management across various prestigious organizations. Currently, at NatWest Group as the Programme Manager for the Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework, Stuart previously held positions at Shell, where management of the multi-million Risk Management Approach Programme took place, and at LV=, overseeing the Risk Event Remediation Programme. Additional expertise includes leading strategic change initiatives at Deutsche Bank for the Non-Financial Risk Management Framework and implementing risk management frameworks at Barclays Investment Bank and Capita. Stuart's career began at JP Morgan as a Project Manager and includes roles in portfolio analysis and project analysis at Quantec Investment Technology and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd.
