Sushil Kumar is a VP at NatWest with over 7 years of experience in the design and development of scalable multi-tiered Java/JEE applications. Previously, Sushil held positions at companies including Capgemini and Sapient, where they contributed significantly to various software projects, including core banking systems and web-based campaigns. With a strong command of technologies such as Java, Spring, and Oracle, Sushil has established expertise in end-to-end architecture and high-quality solution delivery, particularly within the FX/MM domain. Sushil earned a B.Tech in Information Technology from NIT Patna in 2010 and holds multiple technical certifications.
