Will Simpson is a banking strategist and problem solver currently focused on developing a new business model and digital platform for NatWest International customers. They have a proven track record in leadership, stakeholder management, and team development within the financial services industry, specifically in Retail Banking and Operations. Will’s past roles include Innovation Lead at RBS, where they designed transformation programs within the Mortgage business, and Project Manager in various capacities across Royal Bank of Scotland, including leading the bankwide credit card transformation. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Politics from the University of Nottingham.
