What You'll Do

• Focus on problem-solving and client outcomes over specific tools: Wordpress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Airtable, Zapier, ChatGPT...
• Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their business needs and pain points.
• Analyze problems and devise creative no-code solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Recommend and implement no-code tools, platforms, and workflows that seamlessly integrate to solve complex problems.
• Present your solutions confidently to clients and stakeholders, demonstrating the value of no-code approaches.

Qualifications

• Diverse Backgrounds: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in BA/Econ/Engineering or related fields. We also welcome candidates with backgrounds in design, data analysis, or other fields that demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience Mix: 1+ years of working experience in product development, business consulting, or a role demonstrating strong process analysis. Master's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience is required for the Consulting Lead role.
• No-Code Curiosity: Familiarity with no-code tools, platforms, and concepts is a major plus. A demonstrated willingness to rapidly learn new technologies is essential.
• Core Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication abilities (both Vietnamese and English).
