With a history going back to 1802 the Nautical Commission has a firm reputation in providing independent and impartial advice to the Court of Commerce in maritime matters. The reports of the Nautical Commission are used worldwide in litigation and arbitration and provide a solid base of impartial factual evidence. Naucom goes beyond the 'traditional' fact finding and indepent expert advice as part of classic litigation, and seeks to guide the parties involved towards an integral solution for their issues.
