Benjamin Coffart

Benjamin Coffart is a business and HR consultant with extensive experience in various roles across the oil and gas industry. From 2006 to 2007, Benjamin worked as a Business Developer at AFD Technologies, and later held multiple positions at IOTA GROUP from 2012 to 2019, including Resident Manager for the Middle East and Director for Gabon & Congo. Most recently, they served as the Regional Human Resources Director at VAALCO Energy, Inc. from 2022 to 2023 and currently holds the position of VP Africa at CAPEFRONT Energies. Benjamin obtained an MBA in Management, Business, and Finance from Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Lille and a degree in Business & Marketing from Université Paris Cité.
