We design exploratory, game-based learning experiences that shift perspectives — not only to see the world differently, but also to revolve it.

When a philosopher meets an anthropologist and surrounds themselves with experts, education becomes an adventure: entering flow, questioning old patterns, unlearning familiar ways, and opening space for curiosity and creativity.

Nausika was established to design, promote, and implement educational games for personal development and social change. We cultivate creativity among young people, strengthen personal and social skills through work with emotions and attitudes, foster critical thinking, and engage with sustainability, permaculture, and urban gardening.

We create narrative, board, and card games, as well as large-scale simulations and LARPs.

Rooted in philosophy, anthropology, and non-formal education, our work blends games, storytelling, ritual, dialogue, and embodied learning — turning abstract ideas into lived experience. We collaborate with teachers, lecturers, youth workers, and activists who want to teach differently, helping them develop their own style. We believe transformation doesn’t always require loud voices; sometimes, a whisper is enough.

We create learning spaces for young people and intergenerational groups in schools, communities, festivals, and non-formal settings. Our programs nurture curiosity, empathy, responsibility, and agency.

Nausika works with local communities and NGOs in Kraków, and internationally on educational and cultural projects. We value co-creation, dialogue, and trust, designing processes that respond to real social challenges.

For us, games are not an escape from reality — they are a way back into it, with more awareness, courage, and imagination.
