Naust Capital was founded to provide expert independent advice and execution support to companies with projects raising or refinancing debt finance from traditional bank financiers, non-bank financiers and government financiers.

Government and other non-traditional financiers are increasingly becoming an important source of funding for projects limited by the availability of traditional bank finance. Engaging advisors with in-depth insider knowledge of both private and public financing options could mean the difference between successfully raising all of the capital to complete the project or not or at the very least a material difference in the conditions and cost of capital.

The team at Naust Capital has a strong track record in financial services and the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors developed across the spectrum of lender, borrower and advisor roles. We have extensive experience in developing bankable commercial structures, performing financial modelling, as well as advising and facilitating the arrangement of project and corporate financing.

We are ex-bankers with recent inhouse experience at Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility, leading the successful approval of loans across a number of projects across different sectors. We are therefore uniquely placed to provide end-to-end support to you in the raising of financing for the development of your project, especially if government financing is an important part of your funding strategy.
